As part of its expansion plans for 2023, advisory firm Decusatio has appointed Nelly Mohale to head up its Human Capital Solutions offering. 

Nelly has an LLB from the University of Pretoria where she majored in Child law, Law of banking and financial institutions, International humanitarian law and Trans-national business law. She was responsible for recruitment for 3 of our partner companies in 2022 where she recruited a variety of youth including engineering graduates for Solana Energy, beauty therapists for Amahle Spa as part of a Youth Employment Service (YES) program and financial services roles for another social impact project.

Decusatio CEO Marc Ashton says: “As our business expanded in 2022, we have found ourselves having to look more closely at the Human Capital side of our partners and clients and being able to offer high-quality recruitment, salary benchmarking input and other advisory services is important to us to our value proposition.”
