This is a hybrid role (approximately 2 days in office but includes event attendance). Ideally we are looking for somebody who has Executive Assistant experience to support our management team. Importantly, this is not a secretarial / admin role – we are looking for somebody to help us drive operational effectiveness of a team through a combination of empathy and accountability metrics. There will also be potential for event management / planning.  

Must have some degree of tech-savvy (HubSpot, functional Excel, PowerPoint / Canva, LinkedIn) and enjoy being in people environments where they network / represent the company. 

Strongish English written and spoken and comfortable to pick up phone and talk to people. 

Salary estimate: R18k with incentives.

Youth Programmes Administrator – Gauteng

Hybrid Role – primarily remote with flexible time in office in Rosebank / Hyde Park. Would have an expectation to attend industry events both virtual and in-person. 

This would lend itself to somebody who is looking to get into HR / Human Capital Development. The role involves the management of youth development programmes including: 

  • Front-line screening / recruitment 
  • Engagement with host sites 
  • Programme administration / reporting
  • Development of young grads in the early stages of their careers  

Role will require somebody who has some attention to detail (Reviewing payroll and youth documents) but also has an interest in coaching / mentoring young adults as they go into the workplace. 

Salary Estimate: R9k with potential for incentives 


SME.Tax Sales Support – Gauteng

This is a role for somebody who does not believe that work involves sitting behind a laptop sending e-mail. While you might be selling accounting services to SMEs and entrepreneurs, we are looking for somebody who can pull on an SME.Tax shirt and go and network at start-up events and be the first person that small business owners think of when they arrive at events.  

This is Youth Employment Service (YES) role

Primarily a remote role, but expectation to attend industry events in the Sandton, Hyde Park, Rosebank region. 

Salary Estimate: R6k + commission
